exception

my green keds tennies are going to be held up a bit ... because ups can't find my house. surprise surprise.

the tracking info says this: EXCEPTION: DIRECTIONS TO THE RECEIVER'S LOCATION ARE NEEDED FOR DELIVERY. UPS IS ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION.;A POSTCARD HAS BEEN SENT TO THE RECIPIENT REQUESTING THAT THEY CONTACT UPS.

unfortunately, until i receive that postcard, i have no idea what number to call to contact ups and instruct them as to my whereabouts.
