because i'm still freakin' tired, i'm forgoing a lengthy post for a nice short one that aptly sums up how i feel right now.
to do:
1. replace pedometer that mysteriously went missing this weekend
2. stop eating things that are bad for me
3. exercise, exercise, exercise
4. lose lots o' weight
