wish me luck. i have to face the judge thursday morning to defend myself against the latest in a string of speeding tickets. all of the previous ones i've just paid because those tickets came while i was driving in some far-off lands. but this one was issued right in my hometown and i'm not going down without a fight. granted i have absolutely no idea what that fight will entail.
after that i'm writing the biggest check i will have ever written to date in order to close on the townhome. it's finally here. i thought it would never come. i can finally stop living among boxes.

Just flash the judge! That should take care of those so-called "speeding tickets."
