i don't have a lot of money to spend on dresses i won't wear, but oh, this would be such a wonderful dress not to wear (though i imagine i could come up with some excuse).

Well, I would give you 3 snaps in Z formation, but I really hate the color. (I was tramatized by that color a few years ago). Otherwise it's cute. ;) Maybe a nice blue or purple?
oh, green IS my color. everything i own is green.
