bruiser

i have an impressive set of bruises up and down my leg, two of which are at least as big as my fist. as it always goes, they just appeared out of the blue. i have a hunch i somehow caused them to happen while canoeing (cabrewing) on sunday, but i can't be sure. i certainly don't remember doing anything to hurt myself, and i wasn't drunk.

and now, after about five days, they're just as purple as ever, and now they hurt ever so slightly if i bump them.
